This trip is a moderate trek of 3 hours into the tropical rainforest that gives you the perfect opportunity to explore part of the nature of Langkawi. Our experienced nature guide will show you a few of Langkawi's 400 tree species with a height up to 70 meters, birds, butterflies and monkeys.

If you choose for the jungle trekking / evening walk combination (start late afternoon) you will spend the first two hours in the jungle and the last part of the trip you will experience the shift change from day to nocturnal animals with a great chance to spot flying lemurs and flying squirrels and maybe even a civet or one of the more than 40 snake species.
The jungle is an unforgettable experience for everybody that likes to escape the busy normal life and that wants to experience more about Langkawi's beautiful natural biodiversity.

Jungle Trekking

Daily departure, min. 2 persons
~ Morning trek is 3 hours only jungle; late afternoon trek is 2 hours jungle and 1-1.5 hours evening walk, focused on spotting the flying lemurs (100% chance) and flying squirrels – red giant and/or pygmy (80% chance)
